Joanna had booked to have solar panels fitted on the roof of her cottage in Farmoor, Oxford, but when the solar company arrived to fit the panels they found the roof in very poor condition. The battens had rotted and the tiles were slipping off, so the installation had to be postponed.
The next day Joanna gave us a call explaining the situation, stressing that she needed a very quick roof replacement so that the solar panels could be installed.
Like any good roof replacement company, we have work scheduled weeks ahead, but we were able to reorganise some other projects to accommodate the urgency of Joanna’s roof replacement.
Despite the unexpected March snow and challenging rainfall, we were able to complete the roof replacement in only 12 days, and much to Joanna’s delight as the solar company was able to make their installation very shortly after.
